I am a certified yoga instructor, specializing in alignment-based yoga, restorative yoga and children's yoga. From my extensive studies and deep listening, my approach is simple: quiet, gentle, positive and healthy . With this and the tools I have studied and applied, each session will be customized to serve you in the very best capacity.

Hi again, I thought I would dive a little deeper and tell you some of my story. In 2012, due to an injury, after years of trying many other methods of healing, I found yoga. I immediately connected to the concept that I can be in charge of my own self healing and decided to passionately learn everything I can. I became certified after more than 3 intensive years of training. My intention was to heal, and I did heal. Along the way I studied breathing and meditative techniques. I fell in love with the whole science and spirituality of yoga and I apply it everyday, to myself and whoever is open to this positive healing energy. Namaste
